Missi roti at your home and enjoy this wonderful delicacy. Prepared from Chana, soyabean and wheat flour it contains salt, turmeric, kasuri methi & spices.
Mild flavor of spices gives fragrance and taste when you cook it on slow heat. Make the dough by adding water.
Keep for 15-20 mins and make Missi roti on slow heat. You can add onion, ginger, green chilli etc as per your taste.
This Missi roti is high in protein and fibre and good for body strength. Serve hot with Dal /chutney/sabzi.
Very bad. Impossible to make. Wrong proportion of besan and atta. It should be 50:50. It is actually 80:20!!
